For most of my teenage years and early twenties, I’ve battled with my brain - A LOT. I always thought that issues like anxiety or depression would just run my life. But eventually, I realized the only way to live my life was to grab it by the… you know what.

So I’ve created this little corner of the internet to help you do the same. This is a space for the overthinkers, dreamers, and self-discoverers. Let’s help you build a life that’s actually yours.

I don’t have it all figured out, and I’m not going to pretend like I do. I’m not here to guide you or teach you - I’m here to walk alongside you in your journey. Because that’s what friends do.
