About Gab.

Hi, I’m Gabrielle Denny (but you can call me Gab) — a psychology grad, registered alcohol and drug technician, future therapist, and forever a feel-everything-deeply kind of person.

After earning my BA in Psychology, I began working in addiction treatment, supporting individuals in some of their most vulnerable moments. That experience changed me — it showed me the raw strength of the human spirit and confirmed what I already knew: I want to spend my life helping people heal.

I’m currently on the path to earning my Master’s in Social Work, with plans to become a licensed therapist and eventually open my own practice. But this isn’t just a career for me — it’s personal. As someone who has navigated my own mental health struggles and identifies as a highly sensitive person, I know how overwhelming, confusing, and isolating the inner world can feel. That’s why I’m passionate about holding space for others — especially young people — as they find their way back to themselves.

This space is my way of sharing what I’ve learned (and what I’m still learning) in a way that’s real, accessible, and rooted in compassion. Whether you’re here for tools, encouragement, or just someone who gets it — I’m so glad you’re here :)
